The plastic belt can be tilted and the eight-dimensional space is adjusted. Any product can be adjusted in a few minutes.
The pressure between the drive shaft and the pressure roller can be adjusted to allow the label paper to travel in any direction instead of the normal elastic compression.
The heading adopts a double-pressing roller structure to ensure that the label paper is tightened and the labeling phenomenon caused by the die-cutting damage of the bottom paper is avoided. The segmented clutch makes the tension more even.
Chinese and English operation interface, random help system, the operator can use it with a little training, the pressure belt is connected with the main gear, which ensures the absolute synchronization of the two conveyor belts without any adjustment.
The main engine adopts the famous factory servo motor to realize true closed-loop control, high-precision subdivision and built-in counter-value encoder, all designed to improve accuracy.
The specially designed shaping mechanism ensures the accurate positioning of the objects to be attached and achieves accurate labeling.
The multi-channel synchronizer design automatically detects the accurate positioning of the object being attached and achieves accurate labeling.
The label is smoothed by a scraper, the non-powered sponge roller is pressed, and the power sponge roller is squeezed to complete a labeling process, and no bubbles are generated. It is especially suitable for the transparent label of the frosted bottle.
A roll-on device can be added to achieve automatic labeling of the round bottle.
